Once again, the beach has come back to kick our butts with a 4 mile paddle followed by the calf destroying 4 mile sand run. Sign up as a team to stake your name on the coveted Masonboro Trophy or as an individual to compete for top honors and bragging rights. Race begins March 23rd at 10:30am. Come compete or watch!

Indo Jax Charities will be putting on the second annual Paddle to India event to support their outreach to the orphanage. Come out to Redneck beach Old Bridge in Castle Hayne on Saturday April 6th from 9am til noon for a fun paddle with friends. Get sponsors to help out this great cause!

2012 Surf to Sound Challenge Success

This years Surf to Sound Challenge was a huge success thanks to Shawn Spencer and the Blockade Runner despite intense ocean conditions and strong NE winds. Check out the photos and results as Wrighsville SUP’s Jarrod Covington takes second just behind Canadian Olympian Larry Cain. Wrightsville SUP’s Will Kealy also made a strong presence on the 12’6 Fanatic Fly Race.

Coastal Roots Biathlon Results

The Coastal Roots Biathlon (2.5 mi run & 3.5 mi paddle) on Saturday, May 5th went off without a hitch. Wrightsville SUP’s Jarrod Covington took top honors with a time of 49min 05sec. Jason Adams in second. And Steve Capps with third! Congrats to all and looking forward to next year.
