Stand Up Paddle YOGA (SUPY)
What is SUP Yoga? Yoga ON the paddleboard? YUP, you got it! Add a new element to your yoga practice: water. Challenge your balance on a moving board and meditate while you float. All levels are welcome, although a SUP basic lesson/tour with us or prior SUP instruction and previous experience with yoga are highly recommended. Classes are 1 hour long, with a 15 minute paddle out and back.
The 2013 season begins in May with Monday sunset class, 6:30-8:00pm. Be on the lookout for more classes opening soon. Add us on facebook at www.facebook.com/wrightsvillesup to stay updated.
Have Your Own Board?
If you have your own board, no need to rent your yoga mat! Simply join at a reduced rate. Pre-registration is still required, but let us know you have your own.
